Is Hypernet Explorer made with AI?

The developer describes how Hypernet Explorer uses AI-generated content like this:
This game does NOT use generative AI for images, 2D art, textures, music, or sound effects. Generative AI and AI tools are used exclusively in the following areas: - Development Code: AI coding assistants were used as productivity tools to assist in writing and maintaining the game's codebase. - Visuals and 3D Models: All 3D models in the game are procedural. AI was not used to produce 3D meshes or textures directly; it was only used to assist in writing the code that at runtime procedurally generates and combines these models. - In-Game Text and Dialogues: AI tools were used to help build the database of string banks and templates used by the NPC dialogue and description systems. These texts serve as temporary placeholders and will be rewritten by hand. - Optional Local GGUF Model: The game includes support for an offline, local GGUF language model for dynamic text generation. This feature is entirely optional: when the model is absent or disabled, the game runs standard procedural logic using the built-in string banks.
